Customs insurance DX "waiting process"

    Because I have taken a Customs insurance with my order, I sent a bill of 21.40 Euro to DX.com on 25 May 2019.
    I contacted Message DX "Reply within 24 hours", via Twitter and Messenger, I have sent several emails, but I have not received any response.

    Anyone also have this experience?

    Did you leave a message on your DX order page, or just Twitter & Messenger?

    DX don't have an email address for replies.

    I have sent a message and the bill to "https://help.dx.com/Customer/index". "Reply within 24 hours"!

    I leave a message on my DX order page, but get the error message: "Sorry the request failed".

    What's wrong with DealExtreme?
