order dissapeared

    Hi,

    I haven't received my order 190706100188243239 (tracking UC332346718YP).
    I couldn't get tracking info in the web.
    I installed android app.
    I clicked "recibo". In spanish it means "bill", but my order was marked as received.
    I was unable to find my order. In the web, the historical orders are not working (error 500).
    I need:

    *set my order as NOT received

    *get the tracking info

    @agl2002 Hi, for your 190706100188243239 issue, we already left message on your order interface, please check. Please don't worry, the "Completed" status doesn't have any effect.

    About your historical orders, please try to refresh to check.

    Same issue here.. But, I didn't get any refund, or response.. Two of my orders disappeared, one one is delivered..other one is delivered to some other country AND there are reviews posted in my name for those order, which I didn't post..

    I tried everything to get response and to at least get a refund. But, nothing worked so far!

    Please be carefull using this site.
