Ticket in helpdesk disappear

    I sent my phone for repair. But for now, it's more than 5 months since it arrived to address which you give to me in a ticket on dx website I can't get access to this ticket(https://cs.dx.com/Ticket/Reply/CD964F8DF85C4E4099CC255E2451CF0A) and helpdesk not answer on my messages.
