Unsubscribe and delete my account

    I want to unsubscribe my account.

    This is due to inappropiate aftersales from DX concerning order number 181022001010683418. One of the parts was not deliverd. I responded three times in time about this issue but DX did not want to take any action or refund by blaming the PostOffice. Shamefull.

    There is no option to unsubscribe on the website.

    So I want you, DX to delete my account and all of my recordings.

    Please respond.
