A user guide for new DX customers.

hey!!! cool! (sticky) thanks captjimjam!! :D

i'll make changes as best as i can when i think of something or another suggestion is made.

this guide should only go so far with mostly basic information.

a cse guide, side notes on particular items, how to use volumerate, what expect from bulkrate, and some others like paypal, ems, DX points
    need to be addressed also.

my experience with DX doesn't go to much further beyond this basic list.

so help from others is needed for the catagories listed above.

and where ever there is an area that needs a guide of some kind.

    thanks
    Howdy from Ohio!

might be an idea to add a link to cse (and livesupport) on the first post too.

i don't know that much about live support because i've never used it.

if someone explains it i'll post it in the list somewhere.

    thanks Mike-H.

Maybe use bold to highlight sections or numbers?

you may add to not panic if you only receive some of the item you ordered, some time DX split your order so you receive them faster :)

[i think i got it, and i think i get it VTGGMA!!] ;)
    ------------------------------------------

i'll try to slim it down some.

i want to keep it as a basic guide.

a lot of the other subjects are too complicated to put all on one list.
they each need a seperate guide.

if anyone has an idea for a guide for cse, live support, bulkrate, volumerate, or
any area that needs a more detailed explanation that will aid others in
using it, you should post it here.

i don't know if the mods would allow a sticky for each different guide
because it might clutter up the general discussions forum a little.

but it would be helpful and easier to access by going to the thread covering your area of concern instead of looking through this thread that will be 2 miles long before it's done.

    titles like
"how to use cse", "how to use live support", "how to use ems shipping"......
    for example.

if a mod would put some links in the first post where they're needed,
    it would be appreciated.
    [when you get time]
unless i figure it out first

i'm not very good with posting links, and copy and paste, 'cause i haven't figured it all out yet,
hell i just learned to use bold print today!

i have had to type every bit of everything i've posted.... with no short cuts!

there's a sticky for someone to write!!

"how to copy and paste", and "how to post links". :O
