order not received after 3 months

    Hi pals

    I haven't received an order I paid 3 months ago... (5th of may)

    The Dx staff first asked me to wait until the 5th of June, which I did... nothing happened then, except that DX started ignoring my mails and my requests...

    what can I do?

    Do you have a ticket open?
    What is the reference number for that?

    I opened other tickets for the same problem since I had no answers from DX, but I can't find their references anywhere...

    strange as you should only be allowed to have one open ticket at the time.

    Hi qsdfg,

    what is the current status of your order?

    I believe if they asked you to wait for 1 month, your order has been shipped. Unless it was shipped with registered post, I doubt DX can do anything if the package is lost during transit.

    Hi, yes my order status is shipped via tracked airmail.. so I guess DX can know where the order is supposed to be... plus when a package is lost during transit, it's not the customer/ receiver's job to figure out what happened, but the seller/ emitter's...


    I just don't like the fact that dx just remains silnt after several mails...

    @qsdfg

    When the package is sent via regular post, the seller's responsibility ends there, as they've done their jobs and they have no means to verify if the package has been received by the buyer. There's always risks for buyers in this case, that's why they also offer registered post.

    In your case, it's definitely DX's job to work with the post office and arrange a replacement for you. I'm a bit disappointed to see DX not responsive in such situations :/
