Would like to cancel an order

    Hi All,

    I would like to cancel an order. Recently I've wrote to DX and asked them when the item will be restocked. This request is still in processing since 2 April 2010.

    The request prevent me from cancel the order and ask for re-fund. Does any one knows i should cancel the order within how many days to get back the full re-fund?

    Is there's any other way i could write to DX to cancel the Order

    Hi DealExtremeCS,

    I've tried the link above before i've open this thread on the FORUM.

    The message i get is:
    Another request has been made for your order
    The following request for your order is still active and being worked on. To ensure your current request is processed in the fastest fashion, you may submit a new request after the current request has been processed.

    Looks like the request i made on 1st April 2010 prevent me from canceling the order.
    My Order no. is 0316SM8X
    Status: Temporary stock shortage, contact us if necessary

    I would like to cancel the order and take the refund back.

    Close your ticket and you should be able to cancel your order/make a different ticket.

    Go to see your ticket, upper right corner it says something like: No longer need ticket? Close ticket.

    You are sending the package to the wrong address (order 04226QLZ ). I made a purchase and tried to change the address and the correct is Send to as gift:
    Johnson *********
    Teresina - Piaui. Brazil.
