    Looks like some sort of actuator for a carburator, of small gas engine.
    Could be from a motorbike. It goes on top of the carburator. On the small lever in the middle is the eye, where the string from the handle bar hooks on. Below is the screw for idle adjustment. I don't know what the wire stuff is for.

    It almost has to be a part of the break assembly considering it has an indicator switch. It couldn't be from any still running car since it uses a wire and all modern cars use oil breaks.

    I'd have to go for the break assembly on a semi-size motorcycle.

    Slide valve for a carborator and the switch looks like its part of a kill switch in case the throttle cable becomes siezed or frozen
