after 2 years and 100 orders, DX finaly screwed up

  • flashin Monday, April 19, 2010 10:59 AM Reply
..... or so i had thought!
the mail lady left a big white bubble package.
i'm waitin' on a flashlight, but this is way too big to be that.
my name is on the package....... hmmm.

    wow they really screwed up!

i opened it thinkin' "dangit, now i'm gonna have to pay to send it back 'cause it ain't mine."

i looked at the stuff inside. COOL!! but i can't keep any of it, it ain't mine.

lookin' a little further, there was a card with it.
"does dx sell cards too?" "i don't know!"

then i opened the card....... hand writen was this:
"Love is a dream shared by two, marriage is the joy of the dream come true.
flashin, as your married life starts, may all the dream in your hearts come true.
Wishing you both much happiness and a Wonderful life. Congradulation!
    Best wishes from

    funkdoctor, isotco, Webmaestro, dealextreme
P.S. The gift sent in the package were choosen by these guys, the silver plated crown was a gift for your wife, hope she will like it

i couldn't believe it when i read the letter. that is so cooool.
    i'de say i'm speachless but i'de be a liar!
i never in a million years expected to EVER get anything from a gadget site as a weddin' present. thought never crossed my mind for a nano second. but i didn't get it from a gadget site..... i got it from my FRIENDS that happen to all be congregated on a gadget site.

    i hope i didn't forget anyone!

    i appreciate it beyond words!!

i don't know how you'all kept quiet about it. sneaky!

if i can return the favor, i will in a heartbeat! just let me know!!

but where is my flashlight? [just jokin'! ;p]

ps. i'm savin' the one gift for our wedding night. i'm always doin' somethin' stupid, and that will get a real big laugh out of her!
if it doesn't scare her first.
    Howdy from Ohio!

I want free gifts too :(

Hehehehe, that's really a nice surprise, I think you are the first one for who this is done. There may be people who got DX points as a gift for some sort of thing, but a real order deliverd, never heard of it :P

Congratz on your wedding btw ;)
