Touch screen with bad response / behavior

    Hi All,
    I do not know if have someone faced this, but, with mine celphone,(less than 1 week of usage, with no drop /crash, in perfect state) It happend 2 times when i've been using, the touch screen it gets crazy, with no response in some areas, in special where the back and ok button are placed, also the phisical shutdown button did not work.
    So, to restart I had to remove the batery.
    The worst and creepy thing is that the problem still after restarting the phone!!
    At the first time that happend, last Sunday 13:00 PM I've kept the celphone down for some hours, until 20:30 PM then after turning on, the celphone it seemed be ok.
    Then after using for 2 hours the problem returned.

    Can someone give-me any guidance about this?
    If is it a known issue not hard to fix or it its needed to send the phone back to DX?
    To ship it back, I belive that it wont be a good deal, since I will need to pay for the shipment... and it will cost a good money :o(

    The screenshots show "Pen Calibration" and "Restore factory settings". Have you tried these two options?

    I've tried the Pen Calibration with no success.
    The next try will be to Restore the Factory Settings.
    I tried also but I did not know the default password,
    Now I found it, (read the manual) the default code is "1122".
    Im going to do as soon I return home.
    I will post the outcomes.

    Hi All,
    I've tried to go to the Factory settings, but, I just cant!
    The touch screen does not recognize the commands that I Do, that makes the access to the settings menu impossible!
    I will post some creepy videos soon...

    Does anyone have the vendor contact?

    Follow exactly these steps:
    1) power on the phone
    2) Menu is on screen
    3) Press the second button (like house image)
    4) Use the volume button to move in the menu options
    5) Stay in the 'settings' image
    6) press again the second button (like house image)
    7) Use the volume buttons to move down in the menu until achieve the 'restore default setting'
    8) Hit again the second button (like house image)

    I got the same problem,the touchscreen is crazy,cannot do the above steps,tried to taking the batt out,but same results,the touch screen sucks,any way to reset this crapy phone

    Hey chicharron455, All,

    You were unlucky like me.
    Forget about it, its something phisical! It wont work!

    I've contacted DX and I need to send it back to China.
    I Still thinking about to send it back. (I'll need to pay both Shipments + Taxes...) and wait for more than a month to receive it... It wont be a good deal...

    GZUFFO,thank you very much,and ...gee ,this sucks,the postage to china will be kind of expensive,but ,yes there is no other solution,I will contact DX as well.
