Need to email customer service

    I cannot find a location that simply gives me an email address of customer service here at dealextreme.

    The DX Customer Service Express does not answer my problem I am having with an order.

    I received an order with multiple problems due to the VERY BAD PACKAGING. Items were mostly all damaged and the DX Customer Service Express only lets you discuss one SKU#.

    Can anyone help??

    You can't until it gets replied to. Make yourself a note and then copy and paste it in when it's next your turn to speak. Yeah, it's been mentioned before, but that's how the current system works.

    If what you need to add is quite important, then you can just cancel the ticket and start again with all the info added.

    I have bought a phone and my country customs send it back to dx. I opened a ticket 170307001065523969 . They reply my ticket first week and told me " when your order returned us we can help you" and i start to follow  tracking page. but after my order has returned to dx, they never reply me till to now! 2 week past! Tried to phone but couldn't reach them! I can not contact to them. What about customer care policy? What about %100 respons guarantee? İs there anybody help me?
