Pick gun 3 week delay to Ca. Help

    Dear DealExtreme. Why do I have to use this site to contact you? I lost my order number. I ordered several things about 3 weeks ago with a Visa Card. Sorry I lost my log in email and information and order number so I got a new email etc. My name is Bill Timm my address is [removed] I have not received from you is my "Eagle Manual Pick Gun $23" http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.16412. Have you sent it? Please note beause I lost my orginal pasword I had to start another account. I may be willing to wait but I have no reason or confirmation of a shipping delay. What is your direct complant email address? When I go to the live chat it is not working. What else can I do. Please help! Thank you, Bill Timm

    do you remember which email address you used during payment?
    Do not post it here though ...just a yes or no.
