Time to deal with missing orders!

    Ok Chinese New Year Holiday is over now, but DX still haven't even acknowledged my service order request lodged on 1/21/2011, 3 weeks is a ridiculous amount of time even by DX standards.

    My order 11305S0Z was made on 11/30/2010 and supposedly shipped; 12/8/2010

    Tracking (which incidently cost me $1.70) still tells me; "Departure from Outward Office of Exchange", Location Guangzhou, 12/23/2010

    It seems DXs policy is just to ignore you until you go away. They don't aknowledge my request for help and further service orders are blocked. It is now beyond the 45 day limit to make a PayPal Dispute- perhaps this is the reason?

    I would advise anyone out there to make a PayPal Dispute about missing orders in good time and then maybe DX would actually bother to listen to them.

    If you opened your ticket next to 20/Jan, it's most likely they respond next week, currently ticket replies can take 7 *working* days
