Stunning Customer Service!

    After waiting over 3 weeks for a service order request concerning an order made at the end of November that still hasn't arrived, I get this response;

    "sorry ,do you also go to check it at your local post office first ?maybe it is there for you to pick up now. "


    So now, after this inane response, I guess I get to wait another 3 weeks for another (perhaps more enlightening?) response

    This multiple shipment supposedly cost me an extra $1.70 for "tracking", so why don't THEY check their BS tracking and find out where it is. It seems DX try to ignore their customers until they go away and if that fails just frustrate the hell out of them with their pathetic service order system.

    I would recommend anyone else in this position, forgets about any service from DX and makes a PayPal dispute ASAP
