broken item (knive)

    Can anyone tell me why I havn`t heared anything from my question wrote on 23/02/2011 while Dealextreme claims that the will answer within max 96 hours!!!

    Don`t misunderstaned me, I ordered several times and I`am happy with Dealextreme, but I cannot find another way while this ticket is open to contact Dealextreme with my question.

    Where is it broken? A lot of knifes have unscrewed screws, so perhaps you could simply screw it back.

    Please try to inform us on how it's broken, perhaps the forum users could be of assistance!

    Well, it was allready broken when I received it. The point off THE knive is broken, and yesterday DE answered my question, appoligize for THE delay and i get a new one.
