    Hi.
I just recently got this charger and wanted to check the voltage and this is what i get:

So the other slot gives me 0.35 and the other 0.22 volts.
    This cant be right?

How many days it will take to charge a pair of batteries with these specs?

No it is not correct, it is faulty.
Contact DX and tell them, also make it clear that it can't be fixed ~ http://support.dealextreme.com/

I got six in April and only one was usable, the others got sent back for replacements.
A working one will put out around 4.18v +/- 0.5

I recently got the replacement for my previous broken charger.
This is the same. Giving 0.26 and 0.34 volts.

    Dissapointing.

Our supplier admitted that the items are faulty. They changed all the faulty chargers and promised that from now on the chargers will be all right, thanks

After reading this thread I just checked my backup charger in my desk draw, and its reading the same .34 volts. Never thought to check it when it arrived.
