    DX Points can be used to:
    • To exchange items here: http://www.dx.com/redeem-points.
    • Tip other forum users.

    DX Points cannot be used to:
    • Pay for an entire order.

    Getting DX Points
    • Your own purchases - The point is 10% of the order total. A $19.99 order gets 1.99 points. Points take at least 60 days to activate

    • Reviews - 2 points for all the approved picture for each product. 2 points for each approved text review. 3-10 points for each approved video review. There is no set time on when DX will approve a review

    • Helping out in the forums - if someone finds your post helpful they might tip you one point

    • Affiliate program - Referral Point amount varies. Referral Points are just like DX Points but have the added benefit of being able to be converted into cash. Self referrals aren't allowed. To learn more about affiliate program, please visit: http://www.dx.com/affiliate  

    How to use DX Points
    (Only active points or points older than 60 days can be used)

    10 points = $1

    • Find an existing unshipped order or place a new order for any amount like normal

    • Enter the order number you want to add items to here https://cs.dx.com/Ticket/Check/Order.Change

    • Put "00000" into the Original SKU and New SKU fields. Put "Please add these items with my DX Points:" into the Brief Reason text box

    • DX points gained from purchased items cannot be converted into cash

    • My order over $10 didn't get any points
    Points are automatically associated with the email address you checked out with (for most people it is their Paypal account's primary email address), just create another DX account with the email address you checked out with. • DX Point were deducted for my order cancellation/refund DX points will be deducted if it is cancelled or refunded within 60 days from purchase.

    • My points aren't active after 60 days

    doesn't work, I get an error : HTTP Error 400. The request hostname is invalid.
