    ARM processors can't run windows (yet)

    closest you get is a DOS simulator, something like aDOSbox with a virtual keyboard, but windows is more of a challenge

    Ubuntu, Yes, but no for every one

    "Team Arm" is developing a system for computers using the "ARM CPU"

    but do not expect a simple install mode as the ubuntu computers in common is a complex process for regular users and many programs are still not functional
