    its easy to use it cuts thru bones easily depends what kind you cut but its chop nice and i love it its easily get lost his sharpness when use a lot thats the only thing i don't like about this knife it can a little more cheaper you can cut vegetables, meat and bones i like its very easy to use it little ...     where to begin, ok this is one bad m***f**er slicing through meat like no others busines so be careful with where you place your fingers.     Good knife for kitchen use. Inox material, knife came sharp enough, I had to sharpen it after one month of using daily.
