It is very difficult to find in my country such a card at less than twice the price.
The tested speed is not really the expected, but far enough for the intended use. The speed is about a little more than a class 6 SD card instead of class 10, but it is still a very good purchase for the price.
I did not buy a 16GB card since I was not sure my camara would accept it, but 8GB is far enough to record photos and video.
If you are thinking about recording video with your digital camara (a Canon SX210IS in my case), do not hesitate and buy a high speed high capacity SD card. The speed is critical if you do not want to lose frames when recording video. And 8GB can store hundreds of pictures in high resolution mode, so one single card is enough for all the summer (except if you record a lot of video).
