Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:

Good quality PCB carries 8 relays, the contact tracks are thick to carry 10 Amps without burn.
The relays are driven by optocouplers so to have good insulation between the logical unit from power unit. A jumper permits to bypass the optocoupler and have the same common line between the input drive and the relay solenoid.
The board has 1 power indicator LED and 1 LED for each relay.

    Cons:

The board needs a 12 Vcc for the relays but has a TTL (5 Vcc) input for driving, there is therefore need two power supplies, one for the Arduino board and a 12v for the relay.

    OtherThoughts:

The board is very simple to use and here http://www.henningkarlsen.com/electronics/library.php?id=57 you can find a good library to test and use it.

    Bottomline:

if you use the board with 220 Vca put an insulation shield under the board.
