Cheap, easy to use, gives you temperature and humidity using only one dataline. I use it with Arduino + DHT11 library that can be found on the internet.
Not very accurate, datasheet says +/- 2C. When I log temperature for a day, I see kind of spikes of 1-2C. I do not believe the actual temperature shows that kind of variation. "Average" temperature seems to agree with my room thermostat within a degree, which is not that bad.
I am now trying the DS18B20 sensor from DX, it is supposed to be more accurate. It does not offer the humidity signal
Works but signal is not stable enough to use, for me at least.
