This lens is much much more cost effective than the OEM provided lens hood, this lens hood fits perfectly without alteration or modification. Very sturdy plastic is used and is evenly made without any manufacturing blemishes. It protects the lens from bumps and objects and cuts out lens flare. No... Read more

I do not have any issues at all. It is maybe a bit high in price, even if it is cheaper than the It 3... Read more

Same as the other hoods i bought in DX (ET60/EW60) None that I can think of. Other hoods that i have bought in DX (SKU 10918 and 10915) require some extra force and... Read more

It does it's job. Fits onto the lens. Will be worth it's money to prevent a big hit and avoid lens flares in the meantime. Doesn't fit so perfect like the real deal, but no surprise. Feels kinda plastic and will not survive a big hit. But is it really made to survive a hit like that? I do not to... Read more
