    This is a cheap and nice graphical LCD board, easy to use with Arduino. It has
    nice and very bright white backlight. Its brightness can be adjusted
    programmatically. The board can display graphics and text.

    The board runs on 3V#, so a level shifter is needed (look for a 4050 CMOS, e.g. HEF4050BP).

    Great step-by-step guide is available at "http://learn.adafruit.com/nokia-5110-3310-monochrome-lcd?view=all". Note that pinout labels differ between this and Adafruit's board (DX vs. Adafruit):

    LED = LED
    SCLK = CLK
    DIN (MOSI) = DIN
    D/C = D/C
    RST = RST
    SCE = CS
    GND = GND
    VCC = VCC

    Get this LCD if you want to display graphics and text in your Arduino project.
