Good build quality - doesn't break into parts like my old BT dongle did. Small size - It's hardly visible once inserted into the USB port. Works out of the box - Just install the software on the CD and the dongle works instantly. Good range - Tested a couple of meters away from my PC and I got a nice stable connection. Works well with Windows 7. It's so small you could easily lose it. Don't forget where you plug this dongle in. The Dongle came with an old version of Bluesoleil, but it worked perfectly. A very nice Bluetooth dongle, good build quality, good range. And a copy of Bluesoleil is included with the dongle.

Works great. Just plug and play. It simply works. Some of the metal sticks out on the side, it could be smaller. Otherwise no cons. I have used it in a PC and an Android 4.0 PC.

Works great in Windows 7 but I could not get it to work on the Android 4.0 mini PC. Could probably have something to do with it's driver though and it most likely not this product's fault. This is a totally ok item with a decent price, could be a little cheap and have some design errors fixed, otherwise works pretty damn good.

There are cheaper adapters on the market. Have used this with a Microsoft 4000 Bluetooth mouse with no problems. Have to pair it the first time using the code provided with the mouse. After that, Windows remembers it, so just pop it in, turn on mouse and it works. This was the only Bluetooth USB dongle I've tried, so not sure how it compares against others. All I can say is that it works.

- Very useful for notebooks and netbooks - It can be easily lost in your pocket :) because of its tiny size.
- Not so big working range - just a few meters. But that's totally enough to work with, for example, your cellphone or other bluetooth gadgets.
No other cons at all! I bought this one for my netbook without internal Bluetooth module. When inserted into USB port it is almost invisible. Really good.

It works but it has issues. I had to aquire an updated version somewhere else before it would work properly. Its light is a bit bright too, but I sprayed the plastic black, so now its just a dull glow. If you need bluetooth somewhere, stick in one of these if youre prepared to hunt down the software needed first. Good deal dispite its flaws!

- Kinda sharp. Will catch on things such as if you have a laptop backpack (catches on the zipper). I am considering the more expensive one instead: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.13294
Not sure if it's actually any smaller or not, though. Don't expect it to be as small as the logitech nano recievers for their mice.

Installed quickly by Windows XP Professional SP3 and Vista SP1 using Windows own driver version 5.1.2600.5512. The effective range indoor appeared to be about 20 feet, similar to that of a Bluetooth headset. The dongle is of the same small physical size as the Nano receivers of the Logitech mice. It could be left in the USB port when the laptop is on the move. The data transfer rate appeared much slower than using an USB cable. The bright flashing blue LED was quite annoying. The edges of the plastic part need to be rounded. It took my desktop (running XP Pro SP3) and laptop (running Vista SP1) about five to ten seconds each to install this Bluetooth dongle with Windows own driver version 5.1.2600.5512. No need to touch the CD. The Device Manager showed a Generic Bluetooth Radio manufactured by Cambridge Silicon Radio Ltd, and a Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator. Connecting my cellular phones to the PC using Bluetooth, the effective range indoor with walls was about 20 feet, similar to the range of a Bluetooth headset in the same environment. The data transfer rates appeared much slower than using an USB cable. Of course, the Bluetooth properties of the cellular phone could limit the range and the data transfer rates. The bottom line is that whenever my phone is placed next to the PC, it's automatically connected to the PC and ready to transfer data. Although there are many selections of the Bluetooth dongles, I am ordering another unit of this model.

Kept losing the pairing with my GPS. Uninstalled and used Windows drivers and everything is fine. Great price, small, build quality feels a little chintzy, but geez, it's only $7, what can you expect. You can't go wrong if with this little dongle if you need a good, cheap bluetooth. Seems to perform as well as the built in bluetoth in my Dell laptop.

Paired with my A2DP speakers and Nokia phone without any trouble, even able to use them simultaenously. Range seems to be good, and it doesn't feel flimsy or have any obvious weak spots. A little larger than I'd hoped - sticks out from my laptop by about 1cm, so I won't be leaving it in there. On the other hand, and smaller and it might be difficult to remove. Didn't try the drivers, but it did come with a CD. Solid performance, good build, small but not really small enough to leave plugged into your laptop all the time.
