This is one of the most famous tools among hobbyists. It can be modified so as to use the more versatile Saleae software. I followed the reviews of other users and successfully programmed the eeprom.

Very useful device for tracking logic-level signals, for a fraction of the price of brand names. Rudimentary, rather flimsy plastic casing. A poor-quality decal showing the pinout came off almost immediately. However, the electronics inside are well-made, using the industry-standard 8052 by Semi.... Read more

Максимальная частота семплирования 24МГц, жаль что ее не хватает, что бы сниферить USB full speed. На максимальной скорости может терять отчеты. Можно переделать для вывода сигнала. Работает под linux и windws.

Did not work with PulseView on Windows 10. Could not get USBee to work. Used this driver from cypress: http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=08605861487182156515 without modifications of any PID/VID, and used this guide http://myfreescalewebpage.free.fr/toolbox/logic/logic.htm Works in three Plugin... Pros: Unbeatable price for a 8 channel logic analyzer Cons: Being a clone, a bit steep startup. Reprogramming VID/PID is the key .. Browse all comments on the item, Google files you need and register at Cypress to get the tool you need if you want to reprogram the VID/PID of the device. Saleae is... Read more

Do this: 1) plug the device into your USB, go to device manager (in Windows), click on it. In one of the tabs you shall be able to see the PID and VID for the device. Write them down. 2) follow the guide on http://www.jwandrews.co.uk/2011/12/saleae-logic-analyser-clone-teardown-and-reprogramming/... Read more

Got it to work with both Linux and Win7 using PulseView open source software. Had to install the drivers twice, but worked well and allows me to save my tests. I use it with an older netbook running Linux Lite and it makes a nice portable test rig. Digital only, not analog values

Works on both Linux and Win7-64
