Cons: Nothing found as yet. Overall: Good hooks. Recommend to have in your toolbox.

The seem to be quite well built, certainly ok for the relatively low cost. Relatively think metal, so it should last for a while. The fact the metal is thick and the hook at the end is slightly larger than normal, means its harder to use in tight spots.

Additionally, I was very disappointed to see this will only work with the UTL23 probes. I've hoped it'll be ok with other probes as well, but it isn't. Unless you have the UTL23 (or something that has the same screw head at the end), you won't be able to use it with your probes. I've ended up ordering the UTL23 so I could use these - another set of probes is never a bad thing. Until these arrive the hooks will be used with a screw + wire to the banana jacks - it'll work, but isn't as good. Great if you have the fitting probes, otherwise, look for something that'll work for your probes.

During use helped so many times. advise for use An excellent choice in terms of price / quality / usability. Good choice for people engaged in repair.

These are great! They are compatible with the UNI-T brand test leads and screw onto the tips easily. The plastic is solid and the spring action is strong enough to hold the weight of the clip when it's dangling. They work well with through-hole parts like 1/8 watt resistors and larger. Not really...

Not really suited for testing small components or leads. The black one tends to get lost on my bench; it would be great if it had a colourful stripe or similar marking to make it stick out. none. Definitely recommended.
