I've connected this shield to my arduino uno and it works flawlessly. It can both drive dc motors and a stepper motor. Examples are easily found on internet, so that sould not be a problem

Great circuit for controlling two DC-motors (or stepper motor). I use it with 12V battery and Arduino Mega to control ~20W motor and it works properly. No information about working. You need to know how L298 H-bridge works. (Example datasheet: Here example about working: A1: A2: Motor state: | 0... Read more

This controller is not only for stepper motors but can control one stepper or two regular DC motors. Protection diodes, indicator LEDs, power supply (5V and 3.3V), all are present on the board. Works perfectly with anything between 4V and 15V. Inputs need to be connected to 4 Arduino output pins.... Read more

This is a very nice little L298 carrier board. It has (very bright) red status LEDs for the 4 inputs, as well as jumper-enable-able pull-up resistors on the inputs. No data sheet or documents come with the board so you must do a little research to figure everything out, especially if you are not... Read more
