    Pros:

    Cons:

    Is relatively easy to achieve a temperature difference of 40 C ° between two sides of the Peltier device. For testing I used two identical heat sinks equipped with fan, located on each side of the Peltier cell. It is a means inefficient cooling a CPU but is effective when it does not matter 24 watts consumption.

    OtherThoughts:

    Actually these Peltier cells are very economical, although not an efficient method for cooling. But yes they are effective. Do not forget to use a light coat of silicone grease to reduce thermal resistance between the Peltier cell and heat sinks.

    Bottomline:

    Not efficient but effective.
