Works as stated!!
Compact size for boost regulator heat issues as above?
Not obvious where to put the negative battery wire - this must not go on the LED (-) as shown in one of the pictures above but on the outer rim conductor on the battery side. Is this why some units fail as above??? This board does exactly what ... Read more
:- 5 modes - comes with lead wires (red, black) - HIGH, MED, LOW, STROBE, SOS modes - Clean and neat layout Q1 burned after a continous use of about 45min. After that, the boost-circuit doesnt work anymore. Current-regulation still works. You just CANT heatsink this thing properly. Q1 is not as high as the other components which makes it really hard.... Easy to use, ratings are accurate close to 1 amp when used with 18650 batt, not too hard to soldere, cheap and nice a little thick i prefer flat based one as certain flashlight only can be used, solder points a little to small for me but still i can fix it
5 modes are kinda useless i prefer less modes could have come with spring for easier battery contact ... Read more

Current-regulation still works. You just CANT heatsink this thing properly. Q1 is not as high as the other components which makes it really hard... bad design... If the driver is ... Read more
- 5 modes - comes with lead wires (red, black) - HIGH, MED, LOW, STROBE, SOS modes - Clean and neat layout I got a different 5mode board, the bottom had the following inscribed NANJG-112A Which happens to be a 4 group driver a plus if you know how to access those modes Taken off the net: Specifications: 1- Input voltage: 0.9~4.2V 2- Ouput current: 1... Seems to pump out a lot of current on high, medium is still bright with a CREE R2 and for once low is really a low. Build quality seems good (I soldered on it and it still works :-)) I don't care for SOS and strobe. Not a big con though. I don't know how well the regulation works, there is a lot of loss in intensity once the batteries start to drain ... Read more
Nice high mode, very bright, pulls 1.4A from 1 16340.
Nice medium and low modes too. Low is very low about 50mA and medium is somewhere right in between.
Has memory as advertised, returns to same mode you left it on (instead of next mode which would be really annoying).
LED leads came pre-attached. Circuit boar looked well assembled. Modes occassionally ... Read more
Easy to hook up and looks neat too.The most easiest driver that i have across with compare to others.Diameter is just right not too wide. Quite good but warm up pretty quickly. So please ensure you use good heatsink to avoid overheating. Very bright puming up my K2 TFFC TWOF emitter. The strobe is very fast, faster than Fenix L2D/P2D/P1D. Recommended but ... Read more
