Pros:perfect, does not weigh,
Cons:I like and is fixed to the needs my work, "click" is very convenient, the same goes for the power button is set well in hand, and can be trabajr well, the focus is really good and that can be approached differently

Bottomline:I don't like a "busy" light and these are not busy!
