Good price, minor issues, I'd buy another
Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month
Pros:Well packed in display carton and includes English manual. Battery 75% on mine out of box, ready to run. WiFi connection immediate, battery life about 2.5 hours with heavy surfing & app usage, standby is days. Runs Google marketplace & compatible w/ most apps. Netflix/Youtube run & video frame rate acceptable. Quality feel to unit, not flimsy. Price to quality ratio superb. If I drop it I will not be too sad.
Cons:A bit slow switching between functions, sometimes it seems to stick & do nothing for a bit. Screen slightly dark even with settings boosted & color unnatural on some things. Mine had a dead pixel cluster at extreme edge. Screen issues perhaps all related? If so, it should not have a "QA Pass" sticker on it, sloppy. Some apps would not run such as iHeart Radio, version incompatible with unit, I am sure there are others.
OtherThoughts:No bluetooth, no GPS were not an issue for me as it will live within a WiFi environment 100% of the time.
Bottomline:I have some issues with mine but none are a deal killer. It is less that $60USD and the utility it offers for web-based activities is great.
