I needed a new UV filter for my new Canon 50mm 1.4 lens. Although the price is cheap, the filter itself doesn't feel cheap. Fits perfectly on my lens, and the lenscap also still closes without any problems. If you need a UV filter with a with of 58mm, this is it!

It is an excelent addition to any lens. It protectes from uv and also for dust and scratches. It is also possible to atacch a lens hood in top of the filter, this is an excellent product, similar produts are sold for 30€ here in portugal. Pros: light, well bild, cheap. Cons:NoNE.

It works as described for a great price. If nothing else, it protects your lens.

The filter provides protection for the lens There are two types of protection to consider. Best UV filter I ever used. It's actually weird... Look at the price... It's very cheap and good quality... It's a slim filter. I'm using with Polarizing filter and wide angle lens. And there is no dark edges in the photo. Frame is metal. I liked it... And it's real glass... I have found no cons.... Read more

This UV filter looks good quality. Packaged in a sturdy plastic box and look good. The threading on the lens of the Canon camera is smooth. And, like any good UV filter, provides security against damages and scratches on the camera lens. The amount payable for this UV filter was pretty good and I... Read more

Exellent quality. Metal 'edges'. I think it's real glass lens filter. Not some bad warped soft plastic like some ebay ones. Good packaging. Reusable and sturdy cases. Reduces lens flares and uv-light effects in photos as intended and advertised. Attracts dust particles aggressively. Haven't found... Read more

Bezel is metal, glass may or may not have UV protection, I cannot tell. Does not stop down the light. Overall feel is good and looks like other expensive filters. Using this kind of filter might give you a glare at certain situations, so be careful to check your photos during photo-shoot. Finding... Read more
