For the money, is very a entertaining kit Somethings are not right. The battery case is way to large for a couple of AA batteries.
The DC motors have a problem with speed - When connecting to a PWM PIN, with small values, they don't run... It's possible to control the speed, but only with values above 130...
The Plexiglass chassis is very sturdy, but i had to drill some holes to accommodate the Arduino and a battery case - even with the original battery case and the arduino, the holes don't fit . No documentation whatsoever - Internet is the only source. Generally speaking, is a very interesting kit, good enough to learn a lot about electronics. Despite some cons, the sensors and the shields are good and perform quite well. Even with no documentation, with some Google searches, you can mount and program your little robot ! Is a very interesting kit and if you can, and have an interest in electronics, you should buy it ! Is fun !
