Very nice module. Small and cheap. Easy to use. You can also find libraries to drive it. Great voltage range (many solutions to power it) Perfect for "robot" project .

I used them to drive toy car with motors similar to SKU: 433776 (one channel per motor) with PWM control. It runs rock solid. Nothing broke so far. No noticeable overheating.

Pros: Very cheap motor controller. Work with smaller motors. One step or two DC. Cons: None.

Pros: It is small (so if you are constrained by space in your project...) and costs peanuts so if you happen to accidentally fry it with too much current, well, s**t happens, DX delivery to Central Europe is quite fast (and why not buy two at once). Contains a small LED indicating if it is Cons:... Read more

Pros: very good driver, I have used one of them for an RC car Cons: I have received a faulty one (one of the outputs did not work) but the other ones I ordered worked very well. Also, at very low speeds, these drivers make a buzzing sound, but it does not other me. Others: very good product for... Read more

Bought two of them and they burned because ground line disconnected (my daughter up the robot cables). Later I bought two of them again and they stop working after a few hours of playing with the robot http://www.dx.com/p/152992 (speed limiting PWM to avoid losing control of the robot at high I... Pros: the module is really small, and seems well built. I intend to use it for an old RC controlled car which I want to "upgrade" to Arduino and Bluetooth connection, so I can control it from my phone instead of the original remote control (which doesn't really work, anyway) Cons: maybe a little... It is a simple device that can drive 2 motors in either direct. Power and drive all in one connector can make wiring easier. Screw clamps to connect motor eliminates need for special connectors from motors. Low current handling - gets hot. No short protection - if motor lines short, or high motor... Read more
