The build quality is very good. The rubber is grippy and niceley textured. The horns are made of metal. Very easy to install. Just slap it on the handlebar, adjust and tighten the alen bolt on each side.

They look great attached on the bike. They offer a plus in comfort when you're riding. The rubber part is somehow large as compared to a normal handlebar.
