This retractable cable will be useful for any traveler for occasional use: it is long enough to connect a computer to a RJ45 socket or to connect two computers together (that is more reliable, more secure and faster than using an ad-hoc Wifi or bluetooth connection). Nevertheless it must be noted... Read more

Very convenient to carry in laptop bag for rare occasions of need for ethernet cable. Lightweight, pretty solid build quality. Retraction/fixation mechanism works fine. The wires are not twisted, thus this cable is very susceptible to background electromagnetic noise, and is some cases it simply... Read more

I often go to places where there is still no wireless internet available and where we have to plug our laptop in with an ethernet cable. Since regular cables can take up some space in your bag, or the plugs may get damaged (broken clicky thing), this cable provides some protection and is small in... Read more

Sturdy build, long cable, overall good quality. Connectors are protected when retracted. Cable sometimes does not retract fully, leaving a 1/8-1/4" of the plug exposed on either/both ends. The overall unit is a bit too large. Because it is oval shaped, it is difficult to grasp when sliding a... Read more

It's a small and compact box which is great for people who travel a lot with a laptop and are in need of an ethernet cable. To roll the cable up is easy, just slide the button on the box. It's a good thing to hold back the cable a bit since it will roll up really fast. 2.5M is a nice lenght The a... Read more

This is very good to have in a network emergency so to speak, the price is very good compared to local store. The cable is t h i n, extremely thin, it feels like you could break it with four fingers, it´s so thin that I use it with bug precation. There is an obvious reason for this extremely thin... The cable is easy to use, long enough to connect to a nearby modem or router, smaller than an equivalent ethernet cable, plus, since it is flat and thin it can fit almost anywhere without creating bumps. Also. since the casing is transparent, you can see how much cable it is left to spool. None.... Read more

Very compact. Hard to retract when it is streched out more than a half meter, because the cable is always going to stagger at the box entry. But the most important thing - it is not twisted pair. I.e. it is pair, but it is flat cabble, probably even made not from corper and it is not shielded. it... Read more

retractable long length these is a button to release so that it can quickly roll up soft (not stiff like some cables) transfer speed is fast enough (should be cat 5) a bit worried about its longevity because the cable is so thin and the case looks like cheap plastice I bought this because I need... It's simple to use, it doesn't retract on end being pulled but rather by a switch which is great (stops accidental retraction), has a solid case and protection against breaking tabs with space for them once retracted. If it was a cross-over it would be much more useful but apart from that no good... Read more
