Qi Standard, while not Widely accepted yet, does have a fair amount of available "adapters" of sorts.
I've bout this Qi Charger for my Nexus4, alongside an "internal" adapter for my Note 2 (http://dx.com/s/222256).
This particular Qi Charger being Cheap, my expectations were low.

I was right about my expectations.
The Nexus4 (built in induction charging) works great, if i can place the thing correctly. (the nexus carries it's inductor low in the phone meaning the small painted on target has to align near the bottom of my phone, this balances oddly and allows the phone to easily be bumped out of place. (--I might just correct this with some "sticky platic feet thingies" placed "surrounding" my phone.

    - this leads us to the TX strength
I cannot get it to penetrate the additional case on my Note 2, i I"ve gotta remove it from protection (while it passes through a simple case just fine on my Nexus)

I just now found out this thing has an Off switch!
No more vampire power-loss, no more Blinding Blue LED

Knowing what I know now, I'd probably still buy one. (Google Qi hacks)
