Works perfectly with a 50mm prime lense. Perfect if you don't want to buy a real macro lense.By combining the different ring sizes, you can make close-ups of any type. the metal material feels real sturdy and will last a long time. Also nice to give as a present to anyone who has a canon DSLR.

Pros: Metal built, really nice quality Cons: Beware to pull the pin fully when removing from the lens. If your lens are plastic made, like the 50mm 1.8, you can damage it.

It is well build and fits between my canon 1100D camera and all the lenses. It has more parts, so you can use it in 7 different settings. the autofocus is not working, when it is on. (the camera and lens are not able to communicate). That makes it difficult sometimes to focus. But I'm not sure, a... Read more

Cheap built, not really good materials, some times it stucks a little when trying to take a ring out. For lenses that to... Read more

Solid, easy to use item for a very good price. Feels heavy & strong in the hand. Definitely not a toy. Using it for almost a year, and it has not a scratch on it. Sometimes its hard to dissasemble the adapter. Also it will stuck on camera &/or lens. It's hard to reopen/disconnect when I'm... Read more
