Very cheap. The build quality is good, the whole is made of metal. There are several variations of the extension rings, so you can set the appropriate focusing distance.
There aren't electrical contacts between the camera and the lens, so you can't use the autofocus, and the focus confirmation. And doesn't work the aperture control.
You can set the aperture, but tricky, and if you set this you have to set the focusing distance with dark field of view. And the depth of field is very small... I use this macro adapter with an EF 50/1.8 II, and it works perfectly well
If you want to start learning macro photography, it is a cheap and greatful accessory.
