Bought to recover data stored on floppy disc for my self and clients. Easy to use and has enabled me to reformat 1000's of MB of data onto current media. Well worht the money - only issues is the time taken to transfer data from floppies - seem to be forever changing to the next one! None other -... Read more

USB powered Windows 8.1 did not need drivers Also detected on my NAS Slim design(can easily be tucked away somewhere) is... Read more

Cheaper than local retail shops. Well-built, light & compact. Plug-&-play, no additional installation or drivers needed even though they did provide a CD. No external power needed. USB device, does take up your internal drive bays and can use for multiple devices, PCs, notebooks, etc Old... Read more

It is PERFECT. Much faster than old drives, it doesn't require any drivers for XP, it is automatically detected and enabled. I also tried it on my Android tablet, and it works also perfectly! :-) None found so far. It could be interesting if it was designed to allow fitting it on a 2.5" bay.... Read more

Maybe Windows will need to install something from the miniDisc contained in the package, but I just plugged it, put a floppy inside and I was watching its contents Maybe it's a bit noisy You can buy it almost but... It is a good floppy drive, easy to use, plug in and just works. I tested it with a Macbook air and it works good. It reads all diskettes. Very useful to retrieve old documents from old diskettes, as new computers do not include a floppy disk drive anymore. Sometimes you have to unplug and plug it... Read more
