    It's a good battery but not so long life... SKU 19770 is better. I can't check AMP because I don't have multimeter. I 've two same flashlight (SKU 90606). I think it's the best flashlight for this price ! Full charge for SKU 19770 and SKU 26248 and I light the lamp in full power. After 60' the flashlight with SKU 26248 is down.     Not quite 2600mAh, but pretty darn close to it Measured a consistant 2300 to 2400mAh on my meter which puts them in the elite class for 18650 batteries. Great price for this capacity.     Cheap batterie. Looks solid. I use these with my SacretFire NF-009, thats an awsome flashlight. The batteries give me awsome bright light. I ordered 2 dual packs. 3 worked fine the last one id not work at all. I measured de voltage, it gave 0,27 volts while it was fully loaded (green led on charger).     I have bought these for my Diving Cree SSC-P7-C-SXO 3-Mode 900-Lumen LED also bought on this site. This is working flawlessly, recharge time is correct (3-4h on a cheap charger, also bought on the site),this give 120 minutes full power light for this diving lamp, which is the awaited working time :-).     They fit in my 18650 using devices perfectly (A Fenix TK11 and a SpiderFire SSC P7) and seem to work fine. Price is excellent, much lower than I found elsewhere. I'm not really sure there are any! I've not done any extensive testing off them so I can't vouch the capacity is as quoted, but they seem fine to me and at this price who cares? They're batteries,...
