    It does a great job slicing and dicing meat.

    Dropped it once and it didn’t fly to pieces.


    The blades body is over 2mm thick so you have to use a lot of force to push it through hard stuff like apples, raw potato and carrots. It’s also useless for cutting thin layers.


    I hate the blades edge at the base, they should have done something to it or extend the handle to protect your fingers from it. It’s even worse on the smaller one.


    It has become my No.1 knife for slicing meat but as for vegetables, bread and deboning I’ll stay with my old setup.
