Since I bought this knife, I never used any other knife except for cutting bones in the kitchen. If you read this, you probably think about buying the knife. Don't think, just buy it! You will thank me later. Someone said the knife is not razor sharp.Maybe is not, but is enough sharp to shave you.
None, if I could I would give more than five. I always wanted a knife like this. Cooking is a pain without a good knife. Another point, remember the taste of some vegetables and other food is changing by using a metallic knife (oxidizing).
One of the best products on DX, a must have. The ceramic materials harder than steel were discovered many years ago, but probably from economical strategies there are not so popular. (think about the ceramic car engine, who would buy another car if this one will run forever?)
Bottom line, this is the future of the kitchen knives! And buy a nice wooden rack for it!
