Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:

works well and instantly under windows

    Cons:

description says it can be used under mac and linux as well, but does not out of the box...perhaps anyone has some ideas?

Would like to have it worked under Android.

    OtherThoughts:

Hi, it seems to be a 3G modem.

I bought it, because it is written in the article description that it is usable under linux as well.

On the stick itself is the installation software only for windows. And what about the rest...linux, mac??

Now i bought it to have it work as a 3G modem for my 10 inch Android 2.2 tablet, just like the one as

    here:

    http://www.dealextreme.com/p/10-2-touch-screen-google-android-2-1-tablet-pc-w-wifi-camera-hdmi-2-tf-2-usb-host-rj45-57277

Problem is that the tablet does not recognize it as a modem, but just as a "damaged usb"

Can anyone tell me if and how it would be possible to have it worked on Android tablet?

    Thanks.!!

    Bottomline:

price is nice, hopefully some better support in the near future.

How to get it working under linux, android?
