Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week
it's cheap, it's lightweight and tiny sized, simple to use, has output voltage control circuit
no EMI filter, no mains fuse, output current is half-lower than printed on the case, no indication that device is working (I mean, no charge status LED or something), bad assembly quality (soldered leads are too long and they tend to contact together, resulting in damage of device you attached to the charger)
if you can, better you buy some used charger from world known brands (e.g. sony, samsung, motorola etc.)
cheap solution for people that use a soldering iron and know how it works
