    Low Cost.
    Flexible flashlight and handlebar sizing.
    Good grip, non-sliding
Better than the velcro strap type holders.

Perhaps not as positive grip on handlebars as the screw tensioned devises.

The strap belts are rubber which gives better grip and more positive holding power than velcro. Tends to slip less than velcro type mounting brackets.
Can't go below the minimum diameter flashlight for which it is designed. If you have a super thin flashlight, this might not fit. Check first.

Good, simple, solid, flexible. Definately worth the money and should work for most applications with today's lightweight flashlights.
If you have a heavy MagLight or other mass-heavy flashlight, you should consider a bolt tensioned holder rather than the rubber or velcro belted types like this one.
Still, for most applications, this is a good low-cost solution. Get a bunch and have them for spares.
