Pros: Its a nice little sparkfun clone, seems to be 100% compatible with Sparkfun Pro Micro: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/12640, works with Arduino IDE (a detailled description about setting it up can be found on the sparkfun site), Cons: Be careful to choose the right type of board in the Arduino IDE, incorrectly set board (e.g. programming a 16MHz/5V Pro Micro with the board set to 8MHz/3.3V) can brick it. There is also a desription about "How to Revive" a board if this happend.
