Seems consistent and efficient, though I have no way to measure. You get 4 for a low cost.

A bit on the large size, pre-wired leads a bit fragile.

This is the board I used to convert my 4D Maglight to SSC. At 800mah it is plenty bright. It's the brightest portable light I have versus SF G2 w/DX Cree, SF E2, SF D3, Inova X5, MTE Rebel, etc..
During installation the pre-wired leads were stressed too much and I broke one off. Resoldering worked fine. I don't expect much thermal build-up so it is electrical-taped and stuffed into the heatsink.

Good value if you're running at 6V. Otherwise, DX offers some good solutions, such as the AMC7315 (do a search), which is reportedly more efficient and costs less per unit.
