Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:less than 1 day Pros:Build quality is very nice. Not so many y-cable/splitter cable out there. It has widely used 5.5mm/2.1mm connectors on both sides so it can be used for a wide range of application, not just bicycle lamps. Cons:Nothing really. Price could be even lower, but it is... The connectors are snug -- but, not overly so -- and of a good quality. I have had no difficulty connecting and disconnecting them -- though I have yet to do so in cold... Read more

The tight fit should make it waterproof. Cons:Plastic not as soft as magicshine extension. It is a tight fit on the female end, tighter than the female connector on the cable extens... Read more
